Autism Spectrum Disorder Training

This unit provides an introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Participants learn to identify social and communication impairments found in individuals with ASD  and common restrictive and repetitive behaviors client's with ASD demonstrate. Participants will be provided an overview of the history of ASD and relevant research as it applies to ASD and ABA. Furthermore, this unit will provide a review of current etiology and prevalence of ASD.
